Leak Investigation in Heating, Communal Heating and Water Pipework Leak location without excavation. Non-destructive location of leaks in heating and water pipework. Leaks in under-floor heating coils or radiator supply can be easily and non-destructively identified by means of infra-red techniques. With this technique leakage in cold- or warm-water and sewage pipework can be pin-pointed. Pipework/Cabling Mapping, Sub-Surface Heating Location Piping and cabling networks are exactly and reliably locatable. Heating coils and warm- and cold-water pipework are made apparent by the infra-red camera. Thermography makes unnecessary the drilling or cutting into of water pipework. If, for example, one storey of an office is kept insufficiently warm, although the heat requirement has been correctly calculated, the heating system may have been incorrectly installed or designed. By means of our infra-red thermography techniques for measurement we can rapidly and reliably find a solution.
